Shipping policy

We offer free Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. We use Australia post or an alternative reputable courier. Shipping times are standard shipping times of the chosen courier service provider.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery within a 5km radius of our office in Puckapunyal VIC 3662.

DOMESTIC AND EXPRESS SHIPPING

For all orders under $150 AUD, our standard domestic shipping fee is  $12.95 AUD. Delivery times usually are between 2 and 8 business days for metro areas.

If you wish to receive your order faster, you can select Express shipping at checkout. Our express shipping fee is $15.95 AUD on all orders. Delivery times usually are between 1 and 4 business days for metro areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our shipping fee for all international orders is $24.95 AUD. We use DHL or an alternative reputable courier for international orders. Standard international delivery times are between 6 and 27 days depending on the destination country.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Once you have placed your order, we will review and confirm validity of shipping address for any omissions. For orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day, we aim at shipping your order to you on the same day. If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be shipped on the next day. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days handling time for public holidays and promotional events.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.

All our products ship from our office in Puckapunyal, Australia.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM?

We use Australia post or another reputable courier. A tracking number will be provided for each order, excluding where free local delivery has been selected.
