Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Three Awesome Bubs.

At Three Awesome Bubs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

·         Product must be returned in its original packaging.

·         Product must not be used or damaged by customer.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending items back, as returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

To start a return, simply email us at info@threeawesomebubs.com.au with:

·         Your full name

·         Order number

·         Reason for return

·         Photos (if relevant)

We’ll aim to respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please Note:

·         Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

·         Shipping fees and transaction fees (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal, Visa) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

·         If your order included a free gift and you’re returning the item that qualified for it, the gift must also be returned in unused condition and original packaging. If you’d like to keep the gift, its retail price will be deducted from your refund.

After you receive confirmation from our customer care, please send the product along with the product list, which includes the product ID. Please be sure to provide us with the shipping tracking number for the return. We will process your product exchange or refund after we receive your package.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Address

Returns will only be accepted via tracked postage to the address we provide once your return is approved.

Exchanges

We’re happy to assist if you’d like to exchange an item. Here’s how it works:

1.      Return the original item (unused and in its original packaging) within 14 days, following the return instructions outlined under the Change of Mind section above.

2.      Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item.

3.      You can then purchase your desired item as a separate transaction at any time.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order before it’s shipped, please contact us immediately at info@threeawesomebubs.com.au

·         Orders are processed and sent to the warehouse quickly, so while we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations, it may not always be possible.

  • If the cancellation is successful, a refund will be processed, but processing fees (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal, Visa) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If you need to update your delivery address or make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately, as our orders are processed quickly after placement.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or fulfilled, changes can no longer be made.

Please double-check your details during checkout, as Three Awesome Bubs cannot be held responsible for errors made by customers at the time of purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with:

·         Your full name

·         Order number

·         Reason for return

·         A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.

International Returns

We currently do not accept change-of-mind returns for international orders.

If your order is faulty or incorrect, please email us at info@threeawesomebubs.com.au within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve it. 

A Note on Baby Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell used baby feeding products. Please make sure items are returned in unused condition.
