1. Is it safe to pay online via your store?
It absolutely is! We use Shopify’s secure payment gateway. We also offer PayPal and Afterpay for your convenience.
2. Why won't my discount codes work?
Shopify only allows the use of one discount code per transaction. We recommend you use the one that gives you the best benefit and save the other for next time.
3. Are your products safe for my Bub?
Absolutely! All our products are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone that’s FDA-approved, BPA-Free, CE-certified and MSDS-compliant. Safety is our number one priority. Everything is tested to meet the highest standards for babies and toddlers.

4. Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! Our silicone feeding products are dishwasher safe (top rack), microwave safe, and freezer safe. They’re designed to make life easier for busy parents, just wash, reuse and repeat!
5. Why won’t my silicone plate or bowl stick?
Our suction bowl and plate bases are best used on smooth surfaces such as plastic or glass. The bowl needs to be pressed down on to the surface to ensure air pockets are removed from underneath, so the suction engages.
6. What age range are your products suitable for?
Our products are designed for babies 4 months and up, depending on the item. Feeding sets, bibs and utensils are perfect for when your little one starts solids. Our toys and teethers are made to support safe exploration and development during the early years.
7. Do your products come in a gift box or packaging?
Yes! All items are beautifully and thoughtfully packaged in eco-friendly kraft boxes or cotton bags with branded tags and care cards. Perfect for gifting or treating your own little one!
8. Can I buy your products as a gift?
Of course! Our products make thoughtful, practical, and stylish baby gifts. You can even leave a note at checkout, and we’ll include a complimentary handwritten card.
9. How do I clean the products?
You can wash all silicone items in warm soapy water or pop them on the top rack of your dishwasher. For deeper cleaning, they’re also boil-safe for quick sterilisation. Always inspect items before use and discard if worn or damaged.
10. Do your silicone products have any smell?
No, we use high-quality, odourless silicone that’s completely safe for babies. Just give new items a quick wash before first use.
11. Are your products made from 100% silicone?
Yes - our feeding products, teethers and toys are made from premium 100% food-grade silicone.
12. Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide and international. Please see below the countries we ship to:
Australia, NZ, Singapore, UK, Europe, Canada and USA.
13. How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2–6 business days, and express options are available at checkout.
14. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@threeawesomebubs.com.au as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
15. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on used baby products unless there’s a fault. If something isn’t right, please email us. We’re here to help and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
